I haven't ordered a tacker sign before / I haven't purchased from you? How do I place an order?

Once you decide you’re ready to order, you can proceed to our Shop Tacker Signs page. Click the sign that you’d like to proceed with, select if you would like custom embossing, upload your artwork, add to your cart and proceed to checkout! The minimum is 10 signs per design.

Once you complete the checkout process, you will get an email confirming your order with a digital proof for your approval. This email will come from orders@taproomtackers.com or info@taproomtackers.com. We will not proceed with any order until we receive a response to this email approving the proof. This is also a time for you to request any changes to your order!

Typical production time is about 20-30 business days for flat signs, with custom embossing adding about 10 business days, from artwork approval. The website will generate costs for each shipping option at checkout. Upon proof approval, we will let you know the estimated ship date.

You may see tracking information once your order is placed, but this does not mean your item has shipped. We generate a packing slip at the time the order is processed and the signs will be shipped around the date given at the time of proof approval.

Unfortunately, we do not offer rush services.

Do you ship to Canada? Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our website will allow our Canadian customers to check out directly through the website. For any other country, please reach out to info@taproomtackers.com for availability. Please note all amounts are in USD.

We will provide a USMCA (if applicable) and commercial invoice. Any taxes, duties, fees etc. would be handled and paid by the recipient of the package. The shipping charges generated by the website are solely for shipping and does not include any customs charges.

What is your minimum order?

We have a minimum of 10 signs per design, per order. You may combine multiple designs to get the best overall quantity discount. We do not complete orders with less than 10 signs.

Can I get a proof of my sign before it's printed?

Of course! On each order, we send a digital proof of your sign for your approval prior to production from info@taproomtackers.com. Please allow up to 2 business days to recieve your proof. Be sure to check spam!

If you would like to see a proof prior to placing your order, please send print-ready vector art and style of sign to info@taproomtackers.com.

How long does it take to get a proof?

Please allow up to 2 business days for your proof, however, typically we are very quick to respond to emails. We will email it directly to you when it’s ready from info@taproomtackers.com. If a proof has not been recieved within 2 business days, please check spam!

What kind of artwork do I upload?

The files for best printing are vector files, typically .EPS, .AI or .PDF. We can accept JPGs & PNGs, but are unable to make modifications to those. For more specific information, please check out our Art Specs. If the artwork you upload will not print well, we’ll let you know.

Vector files are required for custom shapes and/or custom embossing.

If a specific color is required, please provide PMS colors in the notes and we will get as close as possible. HEX and RGB Colors are specifically for screen and are not an appropriate reference for print.

While we do have designers on staff, we do not offer design services for your sign/logo.

Do you have artwork templates for your can shapes?

Yes we do! Please email info@taproomtackers.com for our current template!

How long will it take to make my sign?

Our production time is typically 20-30 business days from artwork approval for standard signs and 30-45 business days from artwork approval for custom shapes and/or custom embossed signs. Production time can vary.

Please email info@taproomtackers.com prior to placing your order if you have a firm event date. We will do the best we can to accommodate.

What are the standard sizes that you offer?

Our standard signs are:

  • 15.625″ round
  • 16″ square
  • 17.5″ x 12″ rectangle
  • 12oz slim can – approx. 6.5″ x 17.6″
  • 12oz can – approx. 8.8″ x 16.4″
  • 16oz can – approx. 7.6″ x 17.8″
  • 32oz crowler – approx. 10″ x 23.5″
What types of materials do you use to make your signs?

The primary material that our signs are printed on is .020 white coated aluminum.

The other options include, .020 clear anodized aluminum or .020 black/white coated aluminum (black front, white back).

We have the capability to print on just about anything, so if you have something different in mind, please email info@taproomtackers.com and we will see how we can help you.

Can you do a custom size that is bigger than your standard sizes?

We have the ability to make signs that are larger than our standard sizes, depending on the project. Email us a info@taproomtackers.com to let us know what you are looking for and we will let you know if it’s something we can do for you!
